Umesh I Patel
CEO
Mr. Umesh Patel began his career in 1978 by managing his family’s mine company after receiving his Bachelor of Commerce degree from Maharaja Sayaji Rao University in Gujarat, India. After moving to the United States, he served as the President and Chairman of the Board of Digital Learning Management Corporation Inc.

Since 2007, Mr. Patel has served as the Managing Partner of DviBri LLC, a consulting firm dedicated to managing all aspects of a client's transition from a private firm to a publicly-listed company. During his time at DviBri, Mr. Patel developed extensive knowledge of SEC compliance requirements and guidelines, Wall Street Relationships, M&A, Commercialization, and Investor Relations.

In November 2016, Mr. Patel was appointed to the Board of Directors of Nova LifeStyle Inc. as the Chairman of the Auditing Committee, a member of the Compensation, Nominating & Governance Committees.
Michael Viotto
CFO
As Fuse Enterprises Chief Financial Officer Michael Viotto is responsible for the financial stewardship of the company including capital and operating budgets, financial affairs and reporting.

MJV Consulting offers consultation to key business decision makers, including CEOs and CFOs within the manufacturing and distribution industries. Service specialties include Product Development, Business to Business Marketing and Finance Solutions.
Mr. Viotto is experienced as an Independent Member to Board of Directors for corporations listed on NASDAQ such as Nova LifeStyle Inc.
Mr. Viotto was appointed to the Nova LifeStyle Inc, Board of Directors in May 2013-January 2017 and served as Chairman of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.
Mr. Viotto also served as member of Nova LifeStyle Inc Compensation Committee and Audit Committee.
Mr. Viotto received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration in 1985 from California Polytechnic University in Pomona, California.
Mr. Viotto has held State of California Licensing in both Real Estate and Insurance.
